Jim Gray founded JPG Advisors, LLC with experience as an Engineer, Operating Executive in aerospace/forging and equipment manufacturing industries, and Advisor with engineering, accounting and legal services firms. With his technical and business backgrounds Jim noticed an opportunity with emerging companies on operational challenges & product development.


Jim served in multiple interim leadership roles with various organizations.


Education includes a Bachelors in Engineering with an Economics minor from Cleveland State University and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
